Swim Team Tryouts

Castle Rock Swimming will be conducting tryouts on Monday, March 16th, 2009. Interested swimmers should contact or board president Laura Alfano or Head Coach Mike Novell for registration and more information.

 
Tryouts are primarily technique based with little emphasis on speed or endurance. There are a limited number of spaces and swimmers will be wait listed after the initial spots are filled.
